Joint Membership
Since 2004 Shropshire Tourism has been part of a joint membership scheme with Shrewsbury Tourism Association Ltd and North Shropshire Tourism Ltd. In 2007 a joint membership scheme with South Shropshire Tourism Association has been approved. This has allowed member businesses to be able to get the full benefits of all four organisations for the single membership fee.
It has also enabled all member businesses to be able to advertise in any member publication produced by any of these organisations, be included on the main web sites and saved them membership fees too.
In order to discharge our duty of care to visitors and comply with Visit Britain and Enjoy England criteria Shropshire Tourism only promotes accommodation businesses that are inspected and graded to national standards or are subject to a direct agreement with Visit Britain or other inspecting organisations.
