Find out how the Rural Enterprise Grant can help you.

Are you a farm business or a member of a farming household wishing to diversify? Or are you a new or existing micro business (less than 10 FTE employees and a turnover of less than €2m) - located in an eligible rural area whose core activities are based on Food & Drink, Environmental Technologies or Tourism?

If so, then the Rural Enterprise Grant may be able to help you with up to 40% of the costs.

The Rural Enterprise Grant is available to farmers and specific rural micro-businesses in the West Midlands Region and helps small-scale diversification and development projects for the benefit of rural businesses.

To find out more and to discuss any project ideas or to see how the Rural Enterprise Grant could help you and your business, Mike Shields, Rural Grants Project Officer will be at the Shropshire Hills AONB Partnership office in Craven Arms on Thursday 26th August between 9.30 am and 2.45 pm.

The Rural Enterprise Grant is funded under the Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE) and the regional RDPE programme is managed by Advantage West Midlands, the Regional Development Agency for the West Midlands Region, the REG is being administered by Herefordshire Council.
