OpenBritain

A nationally recognised symbol for disabled access information

For the first time, three of the countries leading charities for the disabled have teamed up in partnership with the AA to create Open Britain, with an all new definitive guide book and web site for people with disabilities and special access requirements.

The key change for accommodation providers is the use of an online self assessment process rather than the need to have an accessibility inspection by Quality in Tourism.

If you run an accommodation establishment, tourist attraction, restaurant pub or cafe you can be a part of the Open Britain Guide and www.openbritain.net
